However, if that P60 has at some stage been processed by Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs ("HMRC") then you could argue in a tribunal or court that HMRC is your second source. Have you consulted a local Citizens Advice Bureau ("CAB")? Only time I was there it was very humid and the Outer Banks had big mosquitoes. It turned out that I wasn't very good at physics, despite going to uni to study it. Electronics and more recently, Mechatronics have occupied me since. My children are grown up and beautiful. Their mother died two years ago, quite suddenly. I just failed Latin GCE.
